Marquees FAQ

Our delivery fees vary depending on the location and what is being delivered. Call or email us to find out what your delivery fee would be.

Yes, we charge a 50% non refundable deposit at the time of the booking for your marquees so we can hold that date for you. FInal balance is due 14 days before your event.
We accept cash, credit card (a 3% convenience fee will be added) and checks. Checks will not be accepted if the event is less than 14 days away.
In order to make sure our letters stay at their best quality we don’t allow them to be picked up.
The letters do require power as they are not battery operated. They use a standard 110V plug. We offer up to a 100ft extension cord. If the letters will be set further than 100 ft you will need to provide additional extension cords. We highly advise having a dedicated circuit. We are not responsible for any insufficient, damaged or broken power sources from your venue, ho9me or building. We are not responsible for
You can either call us, email us or use our contact us form on the website and fill out everything you are looking to get a quote on. To reserve them, we require a 50% non refundable deposit and a signed client agreement.
A standard order includes the use of the selected marquees for up to 10 hours.. We will deliver, setup and breakdown the marquees at the end of your event.

Yes. Multi-day rentals are available at an additional cost. 

Our lights are designed for indoor and outdoor use so long as they don’t get wet. We recommend having a Plan B in place in case of inclement weather.
For the protection of our marquees we don’t allow the marquees to be moved once final placement has been made. We can work out an arrangement to come back and move the letters for you to a different location.if you desire.
Our 4 ft marquee letters are 4 ft tall and range in width from __ to ___, Our 5 ft numbers are 5 ft tall and range in width from ___ to ___.
Your rental includes the use of the marquee lights for up to 10 hours. We will provide the extension cord and tape to tape down our cords. We will also provide the stands if your are stacking our letters.
Yes we are and will can provide a certificate upon request.
Balloons FAQ
The time it takes to install varies based on the scale of the design.
Our minimum order is $350 which does not include the delivery or installation fee.
Yes we require a 50$% deposit to secure your event date.
We can provide customization on the balloons as long as we are provided with the artwork or text you would like to use.
Yes, we can provide balloons for outdoor events. Just keep in mind that the success of the balloons depends on weather conditions such as if it is hot, sunny and windy.
Typically air filled balloons can last several weeks and helium filled balloons can last several hours to several days.
We recommend that you place your order 2 weeks in advance. Rush orders can be accommodated based on availability.
Refunds on deposits are not offered.
We accept all major credit cards. Please note that credit cards are subject to a 3% transaction fee. We also accept cash, check, Venmo and Zelle. Checks must be received 10 days prior to your event.
